This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Tavi, your all-in-one advanced photo to sketch editing tool that turns real life photos into professional hand-drawn artwork. Our service is powered by high-precision intelligent algorithms, offers 6 distinct professional hand-drawn styles (including pencil sketch, realistic drawing, charcoal drawing and more), supports customizable parameter adjustments and built-in smart image quality optimization functions.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use Tavi, as well as the rights you have over your information. By using Tavi, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

Account information (if you register for an optional Tavi account): email address, nickname, and profile information you choose to provide

2.3 Your Uploaded Content & Generated Artworks

We prioritize the privacy of your creative content: All photo processing, style conversion, and image quality optimization are completed by default on your local device. We will not upload your original photos, editing process data, or generated sketch artworks to our servers unless you actively choose to enable cloud backup for your works to sync across multiple devices. When you enable cloud backup, your stored works are encrypted end-to-end, and we will never access or use your private works for any purpose without your explicit consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain and improve Tavi core services: including optimizing algorithm conversion accuracy, calibrating hand-drawn style texture, depth and detail replication effects, and upgrading the smart image quality optimization function
To personalize your experience: recommend suitable hand-drawn styles and parameter presets based on your usage habits
To send you necessary service notifications: including new style updates, premium feature announcements, and technical maintenance notices (you can opt out of non-essential notifications at any time)
To fix technical problems, prevent fraud and abuse of our services, and ensure the security of Tavi's operating environment
We will never use your personal information to display targeted advertising without your explicit consent
